Our collective
Experts making a difference
Studio Wild 15 is the culmination of a long-held vision to create an environment where the very best-in-class talent from across the world can collaborate in a dynamic and seamless manner.
Having worked together over decades on multiple successful projects, our ability to collaborate in a responsive, holistic and open manner is our greatest strength. A shared belief in positive sustainability drives us to create the world's finest examples of responsible, exceptional design and execution. We have the freedom to bring in expertise from a huge range of fields, from mental health to sonic design. Below are the core members of the Studio, who will typically work across the majority of our projects.

Founder
JOHN GOLDWYN
From Europe to Central Asia, The Caribbean to The Indian Ocean and Asia, I have designed projects with incredible teams. I spent over 18 years with WATG as Senior Vice President of Master Planning and Landscape. Based in London, I also spent two terms on the global board of directors and board of trustees.
I have come to realise that on any project (large or small) there are only a handful of people that are absolutely essential and add the most value. I set up Studio Wild 15 to unleash this incredible potential; efficiently and precisely.

Head of Interior Architecture
LAURA MORALES
Laura is a holistic designer with over 20 years of international experience working across architecture and interior design.
She believes that designing from the inside-out will create spaces specifically focussed on the people who live, work and play in them. Laura is forward-thinking yet pragmatic in her approach and always focusses on the commercial viability of proposals.

Master Planner
AARON MINSON
Aaron is someone I’ve had the privilege to work with for over two decades. He combines an outstanding flair for design and an innovative application of the latest technology. The result allows us to deeply understand our clients’ sites – working with natural features/attributes and crafting bespoke, site specific solutions.
Adopting geolocation and 3d principles from early on provides onsite capabilities with mapping and visualisation to a level that few other firms can match.
Aaron also has an absolute passion for accuracy, which is achievable to extreme levels thanks to his skill and dedication.
Inaccuracy costs time and money, so his work on visualising topography in three dimensions for example (which is millimetre accurate) has made him both highly respected and appreciated.

Landscape Architect
KIRSTY RUTHERFORD
Kirsty assists with the illustrative plans and brings an attention to ecological detail that seems intrinsic to her being a New Zealander, living in the wilderness!

Project Manager
NATALIE PADMOS
I have collaborated with Natalie since 2010 when she joined the WATG London team. We continued to collaborate when she relocated to the Singapore office in 2013 where she was a senior associate at WATG and later a project director at Coopers Hill. Natalie has since relocated to the Netherlands in 2022.

Procedural Designer
LJ WU
LJ is a talented architect, artist, and creator with experience spanning studios in China and the UK. Her expertise covers a diverse range of sectors, including hospitality, residential, and commercial developments, with project scales ranging from master planning and architecture to interior design. Her work extends across Asia, the Middle East, UK, and Europe.
Leveraging her deep knowledge of technology and generative design, she crafts innovative and visually stunning solutions. Her seamless integration of cutting-edge technology enhances collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams alike.
Her versatile skill set includes painting, drawing, and 3D printing, alongside proficiency in BIM modelling, parametric design, computer rendering, and visualisation.
